WHAT I OFFER
A short-term, personalized meal support for times when someone needs to be taken care of.
Busy seasons. Life shifts. Recovery. Burnout.
Or when eating well becomes hard to manage alone, and a good meal can feel like a soft place to land.
No rotating menus. Not individually plated meals. No “pick 3 proteins and 2 sides.”
Simple, well-balanced meals made with care, guided by experience and a clear point of view. Familiar, satisfying, and built to carry someone through the day.
HOW IT WORKS
Meals are determined based on the situation at hand.
This isn’t about choosing exactly what to eat. It’s about having someone else think it through and take care of it.
What will be most supportive, appropriate, and manageable for that time, with preferences and needs incorporated throughout.
The food is grounded, comforting, and intentionally composed.
No set menus. Each week is planned with balance, comfort, and variety in mind.
More like having a personal chef for a short time than ordering meal prep.
WHO IT’S FOR
Someone in the middle of a major life transition, a new baby, recovery, a move, or a significant shift at home.
Those navigating medical or surgical recovery, or returning home from treatment.
Individuals experiencing burnout, overwhelm, grief, or loss.
Caregivers supporting a loved one through illness or end-of-life.
People who want to eat well but don’t have the capacity to plan, cook, and manage it right now.
And anyone arranging thoughtful, consistent meal support for someone they care about.
If This Feels Like the Right Fit
A short meal request form helps me understand the situation, timing, and if I am able to provide the kind of support that is needed.
I personally review each request and will follow up within 1–2 days.
